Improving quality of life for children and families.

A social enterprise.

Training Cave is a social enterprise that uses boxing as a vehicle to help and teach people to be fit healthy and strong for life. Our organisation is based in Birstall, Batley and we provide many outreach projects within Kirklees, Bradford and Leeds.
Since opening in 2017, we have worked with a wide range of people from all walks of life. Training cave has a holistic approach to improving quality of life for children and families. We now want to broaden our work and form partnerships with local schools so that we can have a positive impact on more young people.
We currently work with a varied selection of local schools including; primary schools, secondary schools, alternative provisions and pupil referral units.

We can deliver.

Training Cave is a registered AQA centre and we deliver boxing programmes that allow young people to come away with an official award.
We have experience of working with young people with SEMH, complex needs and those with SEND. Training Cave has proven success of working with the disengaged and we aim to improve any young persons confidence and self esteem.
All of our trainers are licensed England boxing coaches, DBS checked, safeguard trained and first aid qualified.

Impacting young people's lives.

Training Cave wants to work with schools that believe in how sport can positively impact a young person for life and that by having good role models around them they can develop resilience, respect, and become better people in society. This isn’t just about competition, or grades. It’s about impacting young people for the rest of their lives.

We can offer bespoke packages that meet the needs of your school. If you wish to discuss any of our programmes further, please get in touch. We’d love for you to come and visit us and see how we run things. Plus we’d be more than happy to visit your school too!
