Yesterday I posted a picture of a training book on my Instagram and Facebook.

I bought this training book around 10 years ago and it focuses on bodyweight training and training with minimal equipment.

Since this book was published, times have changed and lots of experts have put a lot of information out.

Over the years people have become confused because of the amount of content around training and nutrition.

What actually works?
