Mini Athletes

Last night I was taking my Mini Athletes class and I was sort of watching them thinking, “God. They’re getting quite good, at the body weight stuff like press-ups, squats.” Even the boxing side of things, they get in there with their techniques, is nice to see.
I had to think afterwards, you know, nine, ten months ago, I could remember there were probably two or three of them when they’re coming through the doors with their Mums and Dads, they literally stood crying because they didn’t want to join in.
