I came across a quote on Instagram….
‘your attitude is four times as important as your physical ability’
When I start training people in the beginning its always their attitude towards training that I look for first, not physical ability.
I train a lot of children and teenagers, nothing annoys me more than those that think they can just ‘turn up’.
You have to have the attitude to want to DO THE WORK.
If I feel that someone doesn’t have this in the beginning I will do everything I can to change their attitude.
By first changing the mind, proper physical training can follow.
Physical training helps to build CONFIDENCE in people. I feel that confidence is a key factor in not just sports but also LIFE!
